I personally enjoy using ICT in the classroom (when everything works). Before e-learning became our focus I was using basic tools such as word, internet and educational sites I had come across or been told about and thought it was great. However now having a wikispace and learning about more practical and efficient tools that can be incorporated into the classroom is very exciting.

At first, it took me awhile to get into developing my wikispace. Even when we last had our second PD I felt very guilty that I hadn't started the basics with my class. With dedication and eagerness (and the thought, I would get left behind) I begun developing. I had missed the PD Tamara, Justine and Bryer took so I had to count on my basic knowledge and just sit and be prepared to play and just wing it. With the sharing email from Bevin, I came across the "where to start with wiki and blogs site" it was great. It gives easy how to instructions and inspiring ideas of the potential a wiki space has. I highly recommend using it as what I have learnt has come directly from it eg: Flashing texts, navigation buttons, uploading etc.

Now that I have an idea of what my class wikispace can be. I am now wanting to find out ideas on what I can develop my wiki into and how I can use more e-learning tools in the class. Thanks to more sharing from Bevin the site on our school PD page which is called "ideas to inspire "is a great site to learn how to incorporate ICT tools into the class.
